Hotel Policies

  1. Standard Check-in and Checkout Times

    Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Checkout time is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  2. Check-in Procedures

    For security reasons, all guests must present a valid I.D. upon check-in. Guests with prior reservations must provide their confirmation booking voucher number. Visitors must leave a valid I.D. at the front desk. Guests below 18 y.o. must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    New policy: The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other hotel requirements. The cancellation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation.

    Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is our standard cancellation policy that in the event of a cancellation of your guaranteed reservation less than 72 hours prior to 6.00 pm of your scheduled arrival date (according to the local hotel time), or in case you fail to show up without a valid reason, the hotel has the right to refuse any refund and charge the entire amount of the duration of your stay as indicated in your reservation.

  4. No Shows

    100% of the charges of the entire booking shall be charged on No Shows. The entire reservation shall be canceled at 8:00 AM of the second day if the hotel does not receive any communication from the guest.

  5. Payments

    We accept valid and signed credit and debit cards, as well as cash transactions. For walk-in and pay-at-the-hotel reservations, we also accept payments through bank deposits and QRph payments.

  6. Special Requests

    All special requests are noted upon reservation. However, please be advised that requests cannot be guaranteed in advance, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges. The hotel bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfill certain requests.

  7. Children Policy

    New policy: Children below 0-5 y.o. are allowed to stay in their parent’s room for free with breakfast included. Children 6-10 y.o. are allowed to stay in their parent’s room for free but will be charged 50% of extra breakfast fee. No additional room amenities or beds shall be provided to children staying for free.

  8. Breakfast

    Breakfast is at 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM at Paulita’s Café. Extra breakfast is priced at Php 450/person.

  9. Extra Persons

    New policy: Extra persons shall be subject to availability depending on the room category. Each room has an assigned maximum capacity. Each extra person shall be charged at Php 1,200/person/night unless otherwise stated, as in the case for special promotions and offers.

  10. Onsite Parking

    A spacious, onsite parking is available 24/7 on a first come, first serve basis. Our parking is intended only for our checked-in guests, restaurant & bar customers, and function event clients.

  11. Wi-Fi

    The hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi for our registered guests.

  12. Pet Policy

    All pets are prohibited in our property. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 will be charged to the guest should any hotel staff discover any pet inside the property during the guests’ stay. Any damages done to our properties caused by the pet will be fully charged to the owner.

  13. Loss and Damages

    Any damages or loss against hotel property shall be charged to the guest’s account. For a guide of our penalties for loss and damages please refer to what is posted in your room.

  14. Visitors

    Visitors are only allowed until 10:00 PM. Extra person charges shall apply beyond visiting hours.

  15. Banned Food

    Durian and mangosteen are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas in the hotel premises. A cleaning fee of Php 5,000 shall be charged per offense if signs of these fruits are found in
